Dickson works directly with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on the CASNR Undergraduate Scholarship Program. He coordinates the recruitment, onboarding and career development for all 200 CUSP Scholars.

YVONNE MUSIIME

Talent Sourcing Lead

Yvonne is responsible for advising and preparing Gashora Girls alumnae and helping them connect to internships and full-time job opportunities in Rwanda.

Communications Associate

Alvin is responsible for the gathering, developing and distributing all marketing and communications to The BRIDGE’s job candidates and partner employers.

UNL-CUSP Career
Development Liaison

Vanessa is responsible for facilitating fellowship opportunities with UNL-CUSP Scholars and employers, and also acts as a liaison with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources.
