WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage Partnerships
- Identify, develop and formalize new partnerships with ecosystem players in Rwanda, including relevant national-level stakeholders such as government, civil society, multilateral organizations, and the private sector which is or could be involved in MSME support.
- Work with our programme team to ensure that we have the right relationships in place to support programme outcomes.
- Support our group business development team on partnership and proposal development for new opportunities.
- Manage existing relationships and identify opportunities for deepening collaborations.
- Work with partners to follow up on the day-to-day enrollment for candidates into the programs.
- Manage the partnerships’ and program participants’ database.
- Develop a quarterly plan for program enrollment for all our programs.
Manage Sourcing
- Reach out to different markets and introduce our programmes for possible participant enrollment.
- Source business owners for Entrepreneurship and Workplace programmes, and arrange meetings with clients
- Ensure all candidates meet the requirements to apply for the programmes, and accurately complete the application forms.
- Ensure candidates attend the Kick-off session, and successfully log onto the online platform.
