Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)

Education Bridge is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young people in South Sudan, through holistic education, to end poverty and violent conflict in their communities. We build and operate a growing network of secondary schools in South Sudan, and provide in-service teacher training for primary school teachers. Our schools provide access to quality secondary education, innovative peace education and youth leadership development. This year, our two secondary schools in Bor and Juba, South Sudan, will serve over 900 students. Our students go on to pursue higher education locally, and globally in some of the world’s best universities such as Stanford University. Others choose the path of entrepreneurship and work hard to enable meaningful social change in their communities. Our second program, the Alpha Teachers Network, develops exceptional primary school teachers to enable learners to discover their talents, realize their full intellectual potential and develop character. Our teachers’ support reaches over 2,000 primary school pupils every year.
As we grow, we are looking for a motivated Head of MEL to drive our data collection, analysis, impact measurement and strategic processes.
