Sales Manager

Lifesten Health, an incentive-based wellness technology firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in promoting Lifesten Health’s unique approach to health and wellness, empowering individuals to achieve their health goals in a fun, engaging, and rewarding manner. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, particularly for our workplace wellness programs, with the ultimate goal of promoting holistic healthcare and reducing non-communicable diseases in Rwanda.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development:
  • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive client acquisition, particularly for workplace wellness programs.
  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.


Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and other partners.
  • Customize wellness programs to meet the specific needs and goals of corporate clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.


Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay well-informed about the Lifesten Health app and wellness programs.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they can effectively communicate the app’s benefits to potential clients.


Reporting and Analysis:
  • Analyze sales to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on key metrics and achievements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, Business, or another related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the Rwandan ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding and background of the startup ecosystem, including trends and regulations.
  • Proven strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
